- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-05, by Stephen JosephBooked a brake fluid drain and replace, but after taking the car to a different garage two days later, it transpired that the fluid had been topped up only. Not bled. I paid £37 for a tiny brake fluid top up. Took photos of the underside of the car to show the nipples hadn't been touched, and when the brake fluid was drained we found it was completely black. Made complaint online yesterday morning but despite their headoffice being open I had no response other than the standard autoreply.
